Where we deliver
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently deliver to U.S. territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A physical street address within our delivery area is required.
Shipping cost
All orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited shipping option is offered.
Handling and transit
Free standard shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. Handling is the time used to prepare an accepted order before dispatch. Transit begins after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order cutoff and business days
Our order cutoff is 7:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST, UTC−06:00), fixed year-round without daylight saving changes. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff use that business day as the handling start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.
