Return & Refund Policy
A clear process, from request to resolution.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your items. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain return authorization and instructions before sending an item. Our return address is 20 Rue De La Font Picou, 11270 Fanjeaux, France. Please note that this is a return destination in France, including for purchases delivered in the United States.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error, an item arriving damaged, or a product defect. You are responsible for return shipping costs when you change your mind. Contact us first so that the appropriate shipping arrangements can be agreed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess damage, defects or an incorrect item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. If an approved refund has not appeared after this period, contact us so we can help review its status.
